REMINDER: DEACTIVATION OF AN EMERGENCY MECHANISM AS OF NOVEMBER 1st, 2023.

With reference to the decision of the FMA on the exception from the provision of an emergency mechanism in accordance with Article 33 (6) DeIVO, and the information in the developer portal from July 31, 2023, we inform you that we will deactivate the emergency mechanism as of November 1st, 2023.

Der Bescheid wurde seitens FMA ausgestellt. Daher informieren wir Sie, dass wir besagten Notfallmechanismus per 01.11.2023 deaktivieren werden.

ANNOUNCEMENT: APPLICATION FOR AN EXCEPTION FROM THE PROVISION OF AN EMERGENCY MECHANISM ACC. ART. 33 PARA 6 DEIVO (EU) 2018/389 GRANTED

The final decision was issued by the FMA.We inform you that we will deactivate the emergency mechanism as of November 1^st, 2023.

From this point on for
